No, they can not.

How many credits do I earn when I display another member's banner on my website?
You will earn 1/2 of a credit each time you display another members' banner on your website. Sites under the free webhosting program do not earn credits for showing banners.

How many banner styles can I use?
You banner can should be 468 pixels in length by 60 in height for best results. Our software will adjust your banner to fit our exchange. You may need to make adjustments.

Do you allow animated banners?
Yes, you can use animation in your banner if you wish, just remember that your banner size is limited to 16K.

How long does it take for my banner to be included in the Exchange?
Your banner will be added to the exchange as soon as you add it to your banner page and our system manager takes a look and approves it, At this time that's about 24 hours but you can start earning credits as soon as you add the html code to your site.

Can I change my banner and how long does it take for the new banner to be updated?
You can change your banner at any time, and your new banner will automatically be updated and used for pending credits on your account.

How often are my account statistics updated?
Your account statistics are updated continuously, automatically.
