This document has given me a chance to see the lives of my ancestors--their births, their death, their marriages, and their spouses.  As my ancestors migrated from Virginia, and on to Columbia County, Georgia, and then into Alabama, I get a feeling of awe just thinking about what they must have gone through--how brave they were--going from the known to the unknown.  I can just imagine them picking up their belongings and traisping off on their journey. My heart fills up as I watch their lives unfold through the deeds, wills, etc., as they go about their daily lives.  This creates a deep feeling of humility to be honored to have such ancestors as our lives march on through history.
